AVAILABLE NOW: We have 2 stunning light and airy Studios available immediately in the Nine Oaks building which consist of a main room, together with a small kitchen and bathroom with en-suite shower and toilet.

We can be flexible so please don’t hesitate to ask if you can’t quite see what you’re looking for.  We can do shorter stays rather than full 6 month tenancies and also can offer flats without meals if required.

We also have other studios available with all sorts of views- for those who like to see what’s going on, and for those who want to view our beautiful gardens so you can watch the wildlife.  Please do contact us to have a look around.

Our studios are available from just over £230 per week with all bills included!

We are NOT a care home – we are sheltered accommodation! We want to support you in living independently whilst having the support system in place, but also offer respite care and temporary stays for those coming out of hospital.

We offer two meals a day, we supply all heating, gas and electric, and we pay the Council Tax – they are included in your rent so you can budget accordingly.

We also have a laundry for residents’ use and plenty of activities available on weekdays.  All you have to do is move in and leave your worries to us.

Our rooms overlook our beautiful extensive gardens in which there is a Summer House, a Greenhouse and a number of benches strategically placed to catch the sun or sit in the shade, which ever you choose.
